Santa Carolina is a Chilean winery founded in 1875 by Luis Pereyra Cotapos. Its main location is in the heart of Santiago, Chile, surrounded by six distinct wine-growing regions: Casablanca Valley, Leyda Valley, Maipo Valley, Cashapoal Valley, Colchagua Valley, and Maule Valley. Due to its proximity to the Pacific Ocean and the Andes Mountains, the region experiences diverse climatic conditions, with some regions having relatively cool summers and winters, while others enjoy mild winters and hot summers.
