
Pascal Jolivet
The French winery Pascal Jolivet is located in central France, two hours south of Paris. Founded in 1987, it initially comprised just eight hectares of vineyards. Today, Pascal Jolivet owns over 65 hectares of vineyards, spread across three distinct appellations (Sancerre, Pouilly-Foumé, and Touraine). Grape varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir are cultivated for Pascal Jolivet's wines.

Since 1987, Pascal Jolivet has cultivated vineyards in Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé, and Touraine. From an initial eight hectares, the estate has grown to over 65 hectares – with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir as the core grape varieties. The wines directly reflect the limestone terroir of the Loire.
