Justino's Madeira is one of the oldest producers of Madeira wine – and you can taste it in every glass. For generations, this company on the Pearl of the Atlantic has dedicated itself to a single goal: crafting Madeira the way it should be. Profound, expressive, and distinctive. The island's rugged volcanic landscape and the knowledge of long-gone winemaking families – all of this is captured in every bottle. What makes Justino's special is its respect for the craft, combined with the courage to evolve. Tradition and curiosity are not mutually exclusive here – they are interdependent. The result is wines that will surprise you: complex yet approachable, with a depth you won't soon forget.

Justino's Madeira Vinhos –
Craftsmanship from the Atlantic
Justino's Madeira Vinhos is one of the oldest wine houses on Madeira – an island whose volcanic soils and Atlantic climate produce wines that exist nowhere else. Founded in 1870, the house has refined a craft over generations that is based on patience: Madeira wines mature under the influence of heat, some of them for decades in old oak barrels before they are bottled.
What distinguishes Justino's from many other producers is the range: from the accessible Rainwater to mature Colheita and Frasqueira bottlings, which preserve individual vintages over decades. The grape varieties Sercial, Verdelho, Boal, and Malmsey reflect the entire spectrum of the style – from bone-dry and salty to rich and nutty-sweet.
Those who do not yet know Madeira will find a reliable entry point at Justino's. Those who do know it understand why these wines pair with foie gras, aged cheese, or simply on their own in the evening – and why an opened bottle still tastes good weeks later.
