Vast plateaus, over 300 days of sunshine a year, and barren limestone-clay soils – these are not easy conditions, but precisely because of them, the vines here develop a concentration that is immediately apparent in the glass.

The winery consistently focuses on indigenous grape varieties: Bobal contributes dark berry fruit, vibrant acidity, and a subtle spiciness, while Tempranillo provides structure and depth.
