Gölles is located in Riegersburg in the Styrian volcanic region and is one of the well-known names for fine brandies in Austria. The basis is the fully ripe Williams Christ pear, which already convinces with juicy sweetness on the tree. In the distillate, this becomes full-bodied fruitiness that arrives directly and unadulterated in the glass.

On the nose and palate, ripe, juicy pear is in the foreground, round and fruit-driven. Drink it neat from a fine brandy glass, at room temperature or slightly chilled, after a meal or on a quiet evening. It also pairs well with vanilla ice cream or a pear dessert, and a small splash over pear compote adds extra accents.
