Pinot Blanc Qualitätswein trocken Reserve

Pinot Blanc Qualitätswein trocken Reserve
Pinot Blanc with real backbone: This reserve shows what the grape variety can achieve when given time and careful development — not a pleasing everyday wine, but a wine with substance and character.
On the nose, a herbaceous, yeasty profile unfolds, revealing ripe pear and delicate toasty notes, along with an unusual hint of peanut—a typical sign of good lees aging with sufficient contact time. On the palate, the wine confirms this impression: delicately juicy yet taut, with a firm body and noticeable backbone. The acidity is lively but never harsh. Cinnamon, a touch of mint or lemon balm, and again the subtle toasty notes accompany a long, very dry finish. Despite its firmness, the wine is remarkably balanced and harmonious—complexity without heaviness.
Pinot Blanc of this style needs some aeration: ideally, open it 30 minutes before drinking and serve at 10–12 °C . Drinking window: now until 2027, although it should become even more rounded with another year in the cellar.
