Timeless is the joint answer from Silver Oak Cellars and Twomey Cellars to the question of what Napa Valley Cabernet Franc can achieve at the highest level — a wine that takes structure and approachability equally seriously.

Silver Oak has been one of the defining names in Napa Valley since the 1970s. The winery is known for its meticulously crafted red wines from the valley, which combine depth with drinkability. Timeless is a joint project of both wineries and carries the Napa Valley appellation—an expression of the entire valley rather than a single sub-AVA.

Cabernet Franc from Napa Valley typically displays aromas of blackberry, plum, and violet, underpinned by delicate herbal notes—thyme, a hint of green bell pepper—and a velvety tannin structure. The finish is long, with spicy warmth and dark fruit. It is vinified dry, with the body that the warm Napa climate allows.

Best served at 16–18 °C . Pairs well with braised lamb shoulder, herb-crusted beef fillet, or mature cheddar. If drinking the wine young, decant it at least one hour beforehand.
