Tesch Deep Blue Blanc de Noir dry

Where sharks swam about 30 million years ago, our Pinot Noir vines stand today. They form the basis for this special white wine that doesn't fit into any category.

Tesch's Deep Blue is gentle and profound. Red fruits that are reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry. In addition, a seductive shimmer of color. The wine is obtained from our blue Pinot Noir grapes.

However, the vinification follows the idea of our white Burgundy wines.

The color tone has become somewhat stronger in recent years. This is not because we changed anything in the production process. No – the last few years were simply very warm. As a result, the grape forms more natural color pigments and these are then found in the wine. In France, such wines are called "Vin gris" – in German, there is no corresponding word for this.

This Blanc de Noir goes excellently with fish and seafood.
