Deep dark in the glass, dense in structure: The Terra Noble Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Especial shows what Chile's central valley can do with this grape variety.
Terra Noble is located in the Maule Valley , one of Chile's oldest wine regions—with significant temperature variations between day and night that enhance both aromas and acidity. The Reserva Especial line represents carefully selected grapes that are subsequently aged in oak barrels.
On the nose, ripe blackcurrant , dark cherry, a hint of dark chocolate, and subtle smoke. The palate is fruit-forward, with fine, well-integrated tannins and a pleasantly long finish. Decanter awarded the 2014 vintage 90 points —a testament to the quality of this line.
Recommendation: Best served at 17–18 °C. Pairs well with grilled beef steak, leg of lamb with rosemary, or a spicy bean chili. Also a simple, reliable accompaniment on its own in the evening.

Terra Noble is located in the Valle del Maule, one of the oldest wine regions in Chile. The large temperature differences between day and night promote both the aromatics and the acid structure — typical for Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon with depth.
