Siegbert Bimmerle Spätburgunder Eichenfass trocken

This is Pinot Noir artistry at its finest! Siegbert Bimmerle's Pinot Noir Oak Barrel Dry displays a brilliant ruby red color and exudes an enchanting aroma of delicate cherry and blackcurrant fruit, along with robust notes of coffee, mocha, and smoke. Matured for 18 months in small oak barrels, it unfolds an elegant fruitiness reminiscent of dark berries such as blackcurrants. On the palate, it is very rich and powerful with a fleshy fruit density that blends sweetly with supple tannins. A subtle bitter note on the finish reveals its impressive structure and long aging potential. This powerful red wine with its smoky character pairs perfectly with richly seared meats such as lamb, beef, or game and is also an excellent accompaniment to spicy cheeses. Served at 17-19°C, it reveals its full complexity! Meiningers Red Wine Award 2021, Gold Medal
