Koblenz Castle Vintage Sparkling Wine

Schloss Koblenz vintage sparkling wine from the Josef Drathen estate — one of the most traditional sparkling wine cellars on the Moselle and Rhine, specializing in German quality sparkling wine for generations.

In the glass, it displays fine, persistent perlage and lively mousse. The nose is fresh and clean: bright citrus fruit, a hint of green apple, and a light yeasty note. On the palate, it is well-balanced, with a carefully calibrated dosage. The finish is pleasantly long, the carbonation integrating seamlessly without any harshness.

Serving temperature 7–9 °C. Suitable as an aperitif, as well as with salmon canapés, pretzels with cream cheese or light fish dishes.
