Koblenz Castle Vintage Sparkling Wine, Semi-Dry

A vintage sparkling wine from Josef Drathen, a traditional winery on the Moselle. Schloss Koblenz semi-dry is aimed at those who don't want a bone-dry Brut for a toast, but appreciate a few grams of residual sweetness to balance the carbonation.

Fine, persistent mousse, a fresh nose with a lively character, pleasantly balanced on the palate. The dosage provides a well-rounded finish without being sweet. Serving temperature: 6–8 °C.

Perfect as a simple aperitif, with light fruit tarts, or as an accompaniment to sparkling wine. Also suitable for wine spritzer fans who want to try something different.
