Redbreast 12 Year Old is a typical Irish single pot still whiskey, triple distilled. This process yields its exceptionally pure and smooth spirit. Redbreast is a confident, pure Irish whiskey with tremendous depth and substance. This single pot still whiskey offers aromas of honey and sherry with fruity and malty notes. The powerful flavor impresses with malt, full-bodied fruit and spices, and a gentle honey sweetness. The finish is intense, long, and spicy with notes of dark berries. Redbreast whiskey owes its name to the robin, a bird native to Ireland, which is depicted on the label.
