Pfeddersheimer Weissburgunder "vom Löß" Qualitätswein trocken
In the vineyards around Pfeddersheim, where the Romans already cultivated wine, the vines root in heavy, loamy, and water-retentive loess soil. The local Pinot Blanc is a rather assertive wine with aromas of preserved stone fruit, herbs, and wood spice. It has a firm, powerful body with a touch of richness. On the palate, one also tastes stone fruit, candied pineapple, and a distinct minerality. A racy, very dry, and invigoratingly fresh Pinot Blanc with plenty of substance and extract.
