OM 500
The OM 500 is a tribute to five centuries of winemaking in Mallorca — powerful at the start, then increasingly fresh and balanced.
Oliver Moragues is one of the oldest wineries on the island. Over 500 years of tradition shape their approach to the terroir: each grape variety is vinified separately, and the grapes are hand-selected in the vineyard. The cuvée combines native Mallorcan varieties with international grape varieties—a combination that harnesses the strengths of both.
In the glass, the OM 500 displays a deep ruby red color. The nose offers aromas of red cherries and blackberries, along with dark plum and a hint of herbs. On the palate, it is initially dense and assertive, then opens up with a fresh structure and well-integrated tannins. The finish is long and elegant.
