Noilly Prat Original Dry Vermouth 1.0L

Noilly Prat Original Dry is the vermouth that defined the dry Martini. Produced in Marseillan on the Étang de Thau since 1813, it is the only French vermouth to mature for 12 months in open oak barrels under the open sky – the Mistral wind, sea air, and fluctuating temperatures shape its distinctive character.

In the glass, it displays a light amber color, aromas of dried herbs, chamomile, and a hint of salted almond. The finish is dry, long, and subtly bitter.

Classic uses: 5:1 with dry gin for an Extra Dry Martini, or neat on ice with a lemon zest as a light aperitif. Also suitable as a cooking vermouth for mussels, fish stocks, or light sauces.
