Mathieu Teisseire elderflower syrup

Elderflower syrup from Mathieu Teisseire – a French syrup manufacturer with a long history of producing fruit and floral flavors. The syrup brings floral, slightly sweet notes with a delicate tart depth to the glass.

Classically known as the base for the Hugo : Prosecco, soda, fresh mint, lime – and the summer cocktail is ready. Equally versatile in a mocktail with soda and lemon juice, or as an addition to lemonades. A splash in tonic water further enhances the floral botanicals of a mild gin.

Ready-to-drink dosage: approximately 2–3 cl of syrup to 200 ml of liquid, depending on desired sweetness. Serve well chilled.
