Martini Vibrante is a non-alcoholic aperitif for those who appreciate the classic Martini profile – without alcohol, without compromising on taste.

The base is dealcoholized wine, to which extracts of artemisia, Roman chamomile, and bergamot are added after gentle alcohol removal. The result: an aromatic, slightly bittersweet aperitif with herbal depth and a citrusy freshness – recognizable as a Martini, but without the alcohol.

Enjoy chilled neat, on ice, or as the base for a non-alcoholic spritz – simply top with tonic or soda and add an orange slice. Pairs well with antipasti, salted almonds, or light finger food platters.
