Manna Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT 0.75L

Franz Haas' Manna is one of South Tyrol's most distinctive white wine cuvées — five grape varieties, a harmonious whole: Riesling, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc and Kerner, grown on the slopes of the Dolomites.

Franz Haas manages his vineyard in Montagna, in the South Tyrolean DOC, with a consistent focus on a broad range of wines and alpine precision. The high altitude brings cool nights that sharpen both the aromatics and the acidity – an advantage that the Manna wine fully exploits.

In the glass, it displays aromas of white peach, grapefruit, and a hint of rose petal, contributed by the Gewürztraminer. The Riesling provides the crisp acidity, Chardonnay adds body and richness, and Kerner and Sauvignon Blanc contribute a spicy, herbal note. The finish is long, slightly salty, with noticeable minerality.

It's best enjoyed at 10–12 °C — with grilled char with herb butter, asparagus with hollandaise sauce, or a young goat cheese from Trentino. Drink by 2028.
