Le Serre Nuove dell'Ornellaia is the second wine of one of Tuscany's most famous wineries: a dry red wine from Bolgheri that shows the house's signature while possessing its own profile. This version comes as a 3-liter double magnum.

On the Tuscan coast, Ornellaia stands for wines that combine structure and clarity. Le Serre Nuove is created under the same sky and according to the same philosophy as the Grand Vin, which the winery views as a second perspective on the same terroir. The grape variety listed in our data is Cabernet Franc, which provides spice and freshness in Bolgheri.

In the glass, the wine appears balanced and focused: ripe fruit, fine spice, clear lines. On the palate, it is structured and harmonious, with precise texture and a lingering finish. Youthful tension meets a depth that gives the wine expression.

Recommendation: Decant it about an hour before serving and pour it at 16 to 18 °C. It goes with beef fillet, rack of lamb with rosemary, or aged Pecorino. The double magnum makes it the centerpiece of a large table.
