Lava Belle Aperitif

Lava Belle Aperitif
Veronika has brought the South of France into a bottle. Lav'a Belle is an aperitif made from organic lavender blossoms from Provence — not a perfumed effect, but a floral base supported by rosemary and thyme. Over 40 other herbs are added, and bourbon vanilla and citrus notes round it off.
The difference to classic aperitifs lies in the sweetness: Lav'a Belle is significantly drier. Instead of sugar, the herbal spice carries the flavor; the lavender remains present in the background without becoming soapy. Award-winning multiple times, produced in Germany, and vegan.
Best as a Lavender Spritz: served over ice with tonic water or bitter lemon, plus a sprig of rosemary. It works just as well neat over ice, or as a sour or a floral component in a cocktail. Serving temperature 6–8 °C. Pairs well with olives, goat cheese, and everything that kicks off an evening on the terrace.
If you prefer it without alcohol: Lav'a Belle Liberté is the non-alcoholic version with the same character.

Veronika has brought the south of France into a bottle. Her Lav'a Belle is a lavender-herb aperitif that combines organic lavender blossoms from Provence with rosemary, thyme and over 40 other herbs – rounded off by bourbon vanilla and citrus notes. Less sweet than classic aperitifs.
Neat, as a spritz with tonic water or bitter lemon, as a sour or in a cocktail – the range includes the alcoholic version (18% vol.) and a non-alcoholic version called Liberté. Both vegan, both with the same floral character.
