Kiwa Pinot Noir

A New Zealand Pinot Noir that shows why the island is one of the most exciting places for this demanding grape variety: red fruity, finely structured and with an aromatic complexity that is not always found in this price range.

On the nose, raspberry compote, sour cherry, and blackcurrant, complemented by subtle floral notes, bergamot, and a touch of spice. The palate reveals soft tannins accompanied by a fresh, pleasantly integrated acidity—with nuances of black tea on the finish that lend the wine an elegant length. Not a heavy, opulent style, but a Pinot Noir with finesse.

Thanks to its structure, it can be aged, but it's also enjoyable now. Serving temperature: 14–16 °C. At the table, it pairs well with duck breast with cherry sauce, grilled salmon, or a mature goat cheese—dishes that showcase its fruit and acidity without overwhelming its fine tannins.
