Established in 1999, Escarpment is a premium wine estate located in Martinborough, New Zealand. Sited above a steep cliff carved by the Huangarua River on the fabled alluvial gravels of Te Muna Road, the winery spans 24 hectares. Escarpment is dedicated to creating complex, structured, and age-worthy expressions of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that deeply reflect their unique terroir.

Since 1999, Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays with structure and aging potential have been produced on the alluvial gravels of Te Muna Road in Martinborough.
