Composed of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, this elegant sparkling wine captivates with delicate fruit aromas and mineral nuances. Kessler – a name that needs no introduction. For almost 200 years, sparkling wines have been produced in the medieval cellars of Esslingen am Neckar, showcasing the true meaning of patience and craftsmanship. Founded by Georg Christian von Kessler, who brought the traditional method of bottle fermentation from France, the winery still uses the méthode traditionnelle: hand-riddled, aged on the lees for years – 30 to over 60 months. The result: fine bubbles, freshness without harshness, depth without heaviness. Brut and extra brut are not just buzzwords here, but a conviction. A house with a clear stance – uncompromising.
