Herdade Paço do Conde Tinto

Deep garnet red in the glass, with a profile typical of the sun-drenched locations of the Alentejo: ripe fruit, soft wood, uncomplicated enjoyment.

Encosta do Guadiana cultivates vineyards around the Guadiana River in the eastern Alentejo – a region known for its heat, dry summers, and deep soils. Herdade Paço do Conde is a classic estate of this area, whose red wines reflect the Alentejo tradition of producing ripe, approachable reds.

The nose reveals aromas of cherry and blackberry, complemented by a subtle oak spice from three months of aging in French and American oak barrels – vanilla and a hint of toast emerge without overpowering the fruit. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with soft tannins and a clean, medium-length finish.
