Grand Cru Cuvée Brut

Grand Cru Cuvée Brut
Veuve Duroy's flagship wine is made from grapes sourced from two Grand Cru vineyards: Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims – both located in close proximity to the winery. Côte des Blancs contributes Chardonnay with citrus freshness and minerality, while Montagne de Reims provides Pinot Noir for body and structure. Produced as a Brut , the dosage remains restrained – the fruit speaks for itself.
On the nose, citrus peel, white peach, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, full-bodied, with lively yet integrated acidity, fine and persistent perlage, and a dry, long finish with a mineral aftertaste.
Excellent as an aperitif, and also pairs well with oysters, scallops, or mild goat cheese. Serving temperature: 8–10 °C.
