Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut

Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut
South Africa's answer to classic sparkling wine: Graham Beck Cap Classique Brut is produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation – the same method used in Champagne. Fifteen to eighteen months of lees aging ensure its pronounced fine bubbles and creamy texture.
This blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brings together both: freshness, elegance, and a clear citrus character on the one hand, and body and complexity on the other. The nose offers brioche and citrus fruit, while the palate features lively acidity with a dry, mineral finish.
Serve at 7–9 °C as an aperitif, with oysters, scallops or mild goat cheese. Stylistically close to a classic Blanc de Blancs from Champagne.
