Gin MARE

Gin Mare is a Spanish gin produced in small batches at a small distillery in an old fishing village on the Costa Dorada. The goal in creating Gin Mare was to produce a gin with a very fresh and Mediterranean flavor profile. Juniper and ginger define the character of Gin Mare and are combined with green olives, basil from Italy, rosemary from Greece, and thyme from Turkey to create a perfect composition. While not overpowering in aroma, Gin Mare is very refreshing on the palate and impresses with fruity and spicy notes that inevitably evoke a Mediterranean spice market. From the very first impression, Gin Mare delivers on its promise: a Mediterranean flavor. Besides the juniper, which blends seamlessly with the other aromas, the notes of cucumber, rosemary, and olive stand out. On the palate, this gin reveals a subtle sweetness and juniper notes rounded out by olive and rosemary. The long, warming finish has a salty note. In terms of taste, it's geared towards the Mediterranean from beginning to end.

Gin Mare

Gin Mare has captured the Mediterranean in a bottle – and that's no exaggeration. With rosemary, basil, thyme, and olive oil, this Spanish gin distills an entire way of life: the light, the warmth, the relaxed intensity of the Mare Nostrum.

Each botanical is macerated and distilled individually – so that its character speaks in the glass as clearly as a clear Mediterranean morning. The result: a gin that smells of herb gardens and sea air, and with the first sip transports you somewhere between Barcelona and the Amalfi Coast.
