Gardener Gin

A gin from the heart of Provence: Gardener Gin was created at the Château Miraval winery – known for its rosé-colored view of the Riviera – and bears the signature of Brad Pitt, Tom Nichols and the Perrin family.

The botanicals follow a garden-like concept: juniper as a clear backbone , accompanied by bitter oranges from the Mediterranean and fresh herbs reminiscent of the garrigue landscape of the southern French coast. The result is a gin with a distinct citrus profile and spicy depth – less the classic London Dry style, more Mediterranean lightness.

  • Nose: Juniper, bitter orange, green herbs
  • Palate: fresh and lemony, floral notes, balanced spice
  • Finish: long, citrusy fresh, slightly balsamic

Neat on ice or as a simple G&T with a dry tonic and a slice of blood orange – both bring out the Provençal freshness. It also pairs well with an evening on the terrace with olives and goat cheese.

Chateau Miraval

Château Miraval is located in the Provençal village of Correns, on 30 hectares of vineyards perched at an average altitude of 350 meters above the Var Valley. The estate boasts a history dating back to the 13th century – the wine cellar was built in 1850 by Joseph-Louis Lambot, the inventor of reinforced concrete. Since 2011, Brad Pitt and the Perrin family, known for Château de Beaucastel, have jointly managed the property: the Perrins are responsible for the winemaking, which is certified organic and produced without herbicides. That the Miraval Rosé was named the best rosé in the world by Wine Spectator in 2013 was no coincidence, but rather the result of consistent dedication to terroir and craftsmanship.
