Eins Zwei Zero Rosé dry alcohol-free

The Eins Zwei Zero Rosé dry alcohol-free presents itself as a delicately fruity, sparkling and balanced summer wine, which exhibits aromas of rhubarb on the nose, as well as hints of raspberries and rosehips.
A delicate acidity and notes of juicy fruit make it a special experience.
The alcohol is removed from the wine by vacuum evaporation at 27°C. This process is particularly gentle on the aromas, which largely remain in the wine.
The base is a wine of estate wine quality.
