A Douro white wine with a clear signature: fresh, structured, and firmly anchored in its origin. The Duas Quintas Reserva White is created from parcels of two Quintas of the house Ramos Pinto — the cooler, high-altitude Quinta dos Bons Ares and the Quinta de Ervamoira in the eastern Douro Superior.

Ramos Pinto has been one of the defining names in the Douro since 1880 and is now part of the Roederer Group. The Reserva line bundles the artisanal skill of the house: the grapes are cold-macerated for 24 hours after harvest to preserve aromatics and texture before fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.

In the glass, the Arinto grape shows what it can do in the Douro: citrus zest, white peach, and a mineral undertone reminiscent of chalk. The acidity is present but integrated — not a sharp incision, but an enlivening line that lets the finish fade out long and salty.

Served at 10–12 °C, it pairs with grilled sea bass, Bacalhau à Brás, or a creamy goat cheese. It also makes a good impression as an independent aperitif.
