the region. The pistachio cream from Amandula contains over 40% pistachio content, which sets it apart from many conventional products.

This above-average proportion ensures a particularly intense aroma and incomparable creaminess. Through gentle processing,

Caracciolo

Caracciolo – craft workshop since 1965. Giovanni Caracciolo and Caterina Laganà opened their laboratory back then in Brancaleone, on the Ionian coast of Calabria. Their passion: almond paste, almond drinks, nut spreads, truffle nuts – everything for ice cream parlors and confectioneries.

Later, Amandula was created. A line of products that are the result of careful raw material selection and expert craftsmanship. No artificial flavors, just authentic taste.

Strict food safety controls to ensure all the good properties of the almonds are preserved. Calabria, as it tastes.
