Côtes du Rhône Blanc AC

A dry white wine from the southern Rhône Valley that combines freshness with structure and can be poured just as well with food as solo.

Château Mont-Redon is one of the well-known addresses of the southern Rhône. The white wines of the house stand for cuvées with depth and a clear line. In the glass, the Côtes du Rhône Blanc shows a bright gold with fine reflections. The Roussanne grape variety gives the wine its character and contributes fullness and spice.

On the nose, white blossoms, pear, and citrus fruits meet subtle herbal notes and a hint of Mediterranean spice. On the palate, it is dry, clear, and juicy. Fruit, freshness, and texture are in balance; mineral accents provide tension. The finish is round and remains pleasantly long in the mouth.

Serve it at 8 to 10 °C. It pairs well with grilled fish, poultry in cream sauce, goat cheese, or oven-roasted vegetables with herbs de Provence.
