Cognac Bowen VS 2-3 years 0.7L

A young VS-level Cognac from France, fruit-forward and smooth. The Bowen VS is two to three years old and showcases the fresh, floral side of the region.

Cognac is located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is a strictly regulated designation of origin. A VS matures for at least two years in oak barrels. Here, Limousin oak contributes delicate vanilla notes without overpowering the fruit.

In the glass, it shines in shades of gold to amber. On the nose, blossoms, pear, and plum meet nuts, with fine vanilla underneath. On the palate, it feels both gentle and powerful: lively fruit and florality, enveloped by slightly spicy wood notes. The finish is elegant and long-lasting.

Drink it neat at room temperature in a tulip glass or with an ice cube. Its fruity nature also supports classic cocktails like a Sidecar or a long drink with ginger ale. As a digestif, it pairs well with dark chocolate.
