Cirsion single in HK - DOCa 0.75L

The Cirsion is the prestige cuvée from Bodegas Roda in the DOCa Rioja — a Tempranillo that shows what this grape variety can achieve in its most concentrated form. Bodegas Roda has been one of the addresses that helped shape modern Rioja since the early 1990s: consistent selection, old vines, minimal intervention in the cellar.

In the glass, the Cirsion presents itself with a deep purple color. On the nose, it opens with black plum, blackberry, and cassis, underpinned by notes of dark chocolate and subtle spice — bay leaf, a hint of tobacco. On the palate, dense but well-integrated tannins, carried by a lively acidity structure that gives the wine contour. The finish is long, warm, and characterized by dark fruit.

Serving temperature: 17–18 °C. At the table, it pairs with braised leg of lamb, grilled Ibérico secreto, or aged Manchego.
