Cherubino - Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro is one of the few Lambrusco DOC appellations with its own designated growing area in the province of Modena. The Grasparossa grape naturally produces more color and tannins than other Lambrusco varieties – the result is a robust, dark red sparkling wine with real substance.

The carbonation is produced naturally through fermentation, not by subsequent addition. This makes the difference noticeable in the glass: finer bubbles, fruity aromas of blackberry and cherry, and a slightly earthy note. The style is sweet, but well-balanced by the varietal tannins.

Classic accompaniments to Emilian cuisine: Mortadella, Parmigiano Reggiano, Tigelle or Crescentine. Serve well chilled – between 8 and 10 °C – and drink quickly.

Would rather buy the wine in retail next time than have the last batch sent to me

The taste is good but with this delivery I am missing a little carbonation, which makes the wine seem a bit boring. I remember it differently.

Ice-cold simply delicious

We just love it, it is really drinkable for us, it has to be ice-cold and sometimes even with ice cubes when it is so hot outside ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good as always

I have now bought from Vino Scout several times and so far everything has gone smoothly. I can only recommend Vino Scout.

Cantine Bema

Cantine Bema – the name evokes images of southern sun, basalt and volcanic soil, and wines that don't hide their origin, but celebrate it. Behind this project lies a clear philosophy: winemaking with respect for the place, the vine, and time. The wines are honest, expressive, and possess that unmistakable character that transports you to a specific landscape with the very first sip. Exactly the kind of discovery we at Vinoscout are passionate about.
