Château Roc de Levraut Bordeaux

The grapes are harvested at full ripeness and then destemmed. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration last three weeks. During winter storage, the wine is repeatedly racked off the lees, allowing it to clarify naturally. This aeration also helps the tannins develop, becoming softer and more supple. After one year, the wine is bottled. It boasts a fruity bouquet with aromas of red and black berries and delicate vanilla. On the palate, rich fruit dominates, with rounded, juicy tannins and a fine balance in the long finish.
