Champagne Moët & Chandon ICE Imperial

Champagne Moët & Chandon ICE Imperial
Moët & Chandon ICE Impérial is the first champagne explicitly designed to be enjoyed over ice—not a makeshift solution, but a deliberate choice. The blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay grapes is made with a higher dosage to ensure that the cold and melting ice don't mask the aromas.
Served in a glass over ice cubes, the wine unfolds with aromas of white peach, lychee, and a hint of coconut. Despite the higher dosage, the sweetness remains balanced—its fresh, fruity character makes it enjoyable even at 4–6 °C. It should be served classically in a large wine glass, not a flute.
ICE Impérial is best enjoyed on warm evenings on the terrace, as an aperitif in summer, or at parties where chilled bottles are on the table. Garnish with fresh mint or cucumber slices if desired.
Moët & Chandon – hardly any name embodies the enjoyment of Champagne quite like this one. Since 1743, in Épernay , in the heart of Champagne, an art has been perfected that inextricably links celebrations and special moments with the pop of a cork.
What makes this house so special? The ability to create a champagne year after year that always feels the same – fresh, elegant, inviting. Behind this lies a unique skill: the blending of hundreds of different wines into a harmonious whole.
Whether you are enjoying your first sip of Brut Impérial or discovering one of the rare cuvées – Moët & Chandon is a reliable companion for every occasion.
