Cellini Grappa Cru Oro

Cellini Grappa Cru Oro
A mature grappa from Veneto — the classic grappa region of Italy. Cellini Cru Oro belongs to the Invecchiata category and is aged for at least three years in wooden barrels, which gives it its amber hue and its rounder, softer texture compared to young grappa.
Distilled in small stills using traditional methods, double-distilled for greater purity of the distillate. Veneto supplies aromatically rich pomace from the region's vineyards — the basis for a grappa with body and character.
In the glass, it displays notes of roasted almonds, vanilla, and dried figs, derived from the oak aging, along with a subtle spiciness and a long, warming finish with a light oak character. The years of barrel aging noticeably soften the sharpness typical of young grappa.
Recommendation: Neat at room temperature after a meal — classically as a digestif. For a cooler experience, serve at around 14–16 °C. Pairs well with an espresso or dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.
