Single-varietal Cabernet Franc from Tupungato, one of the coolest wine-growing regions in Mendoza at an altitude of over 1,000 meters. The high altitude ensures slow ripening, distinct aromatics, and an acid structure that gives this red wine tension.

Andeluna Cellars is located at the foot of the Andes in the Uco Valley and works with grapes from high altitudes, where the temperature difference between day and night favors flavor development. The Pasionado is the winery's line for single-varietal wines with a clear profile of origin.

Deep ruby red in the glass. On the nose, black cherry, blackberry, and a typical hint of graphite and green pepper — the hallmark of Cabernet Franc. Dry on the palate, with medium body, fine tannins, and a fresh line of acidity that enlivens the finish.

Pairs with lamb chops with an herb crust, grilled beef fillet, or a spicy hard cheese. Serving temperature: 16–18 °C.
