Brockmans Gin Agave Cut 41.2%

For years, Brockmans has stood for gins that consciously go beyond the London Dry convention: many botanicals, expressive fruit, silky body. The Agave Cut takes this approach and complements it with the sweet, earthy depth of the agave plant—an idea that bridges the gap between gin and the world of Mexican distillates.

On the nose, citrus peel and floral notes, underpinned by a subtle juniper. On the palate, the agave reveals itself as a mild, slightly vegetal-sweet layer that gives the gin body without overpowering it. The finish is dry with a balsamic aftertaste.

At 41.2% ABV, this gin remains pleasantly light and easy to drink. Recommended: Neat on the rocks as a digestif or in a Negroni, where the agave notes shine alongside the Campari and vermouth. For a long drink, a neutral tonic that doesn't overpower the botanicals is ideal.
