Brancaia Bianco Toscana Bianco IGT 0.75L

Sauvignon Blanc from Tuscany – that sounds unusual, but it works convincingly at Brancaia. The winery, based in Radda in the Chianti Classico region, has been cultivating international grape varieties for decades, allowing them to develop their own unique character in the Tuscan climate.

Il Bianco is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a small percentage of Viognier. Five months of lees aging give the wine structure and a slightly creamy texture without sacrificing its freshness. In the glass, it displays aromas of white peach, gooseberry, and fresh herbs, along with lively acidity and a clean, dry finish.

Best served at 10–12 °C . Classically paired with shellfish, grilled sea bass or seafood risotto – but it also goes well with goat cheese or a light pasta dish with lemon and arugula.
