Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Beaune Blanc

A classic Burgundy white wine from the high altitudes west of the Côte de Beaune — cooler, more mineral, with more acid nerve than the flat sites.

Les Monts sources its grapes from the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, an area at 350–450 meters altitude, known for its limestone-influenced soils and cooler microclimate. Chardonnay ripens more slowly here and retains more natural acidity — that shapes the style.

In the glass, the wine shows with aromas of lemon zest, green apple and a hint of white blossoms. On the palate, fresh and lean, with lively acidity and a fine limestone minerality in the finish. Not a heavy, buttery Burgundy — rather the type that convinces with the second glass.

Serving temperature: 10–12 °C. Goes well with goat cheese, quiche lorraine, grilled sea bass or a simple poulet rôti.
