Baileys Irish Cream Whiskey Cream Liqueur

Baileys Irish Cream is the world's best-selling liqueur – and has been for over 40 years. Its base: fresh Irish cream, processed within 48 hours of milking, combined with Irish whiskey and natural cocoa and vanilla flavorings.

In the glass, it appears creamy and thick. The nose offers aromas of milk chocolate, vanilla pudding, and a subtle hint of whiskey. On the palate, it is soft and sweet – milk cream, cocoa, vanilla – with a silky-smooth finish. Alcohol content: 17% vol. Contains milk and lactose.

Three ways to use Baileys:

• Served straight over ice – the simplest way to emphasize the creamy texture
• In coffee or Irish coffee, optionally with cocoa or chocolate sprinkles.
• In the kitchen: as an ingredient in cheesecake fillings, chocolate mousse or tiramisu
