Badel Slivovitz 0.5 liters
Slivovitz from the Badel 1862 distillery – one of the oldest distilleries in Croatia, founded in Zagreb in 1862. The base is the Bistrica plum , a Croatian local variety known for its intense aroma, which gives the brandy its character.
Ripe plum, dried fruit, and a hint of woody spice in the glass – the result of controlled storage and maturation. The finish is long, warming, and slightly spicy, with lingering plum sweetness.
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C , neat in a small grappa glass. Served as a digestif – pairs well with dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), strong hard cheese, or roasted walnuts.
Badel 1862 – the name says it all: For over 160 years, the traditional Croatian company in Zagreb has been distilling, fermenting and refining with a passion that can be felt in every sip.
The portfolio ranges from the iconic Stara Šljivovica – Croatia's best-selling plum brandy – to elegant Pelinkovac liqueurs, premium vodkas, and aromatic gins. Here, craftsmanship meets history without losing sight of the future.
Discover a piece of Adriatic culture in a glass – authentic, full of character and with a depth that will surprise you again and again.
