The result: organic wines from ancient vineyards west of Valencia, at almost 900 meters altitude, in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Hoces del Cabriel. Bobal, Monastrell, Verdejo – powerful, full of character, and bathed in sunshine. What makes it special? Over 5,000 fans are co-owners. No marketing – just a living community.
