Hinch Distillery is located in rural County Down , nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Ireland, not far from Belfast. The distillery is one of the few in Ireland that handles the entire process – from distillation and maturation to bottling – on-site. This gives the whiskeys a distinctive character that can be tasted in the glass.

The range extends from the approachable Small Batch Bourbon Cask with its soft caramel and vanilla notes to the peaty Peated Single Malt, which is still an exception in the Irish whiskey world. In addition, there are limited bottlings matured in Madeira and Oloroso sherry casks – with dried fruit notes, dark chocolate, and a long, spicy finish.
