Under the "Don Antonio" line, bronze-drawn pasta varieties, ready-made pasta sauces, olive oil, and specialty salts are produced – all according to traditional family recipes and using sustainable production methods. Bronze-drawn pasta has a rougher surface than industrially produced pasta, which allows sauces to adhere better and alters the texture.
