Caliterra – a play on words combining "la calidad de la tierra," meaning soil quality. This Chilean wine was born in 1996. The idea: to unite innovation with the finest Chilean fruits. In the warm valleys of Colchagua, Maipo, and Casablanca, the grapes grow on vast tracts of land – each appellation with its own distinct character. The goal is to create wines of consistent quality without obscuring their origin. Fresh, distinctive, modern. Behind it all is Eduardo Chadwick-Errazuriz – a name synonymous with top-quality Chilean wines.

Caliterra –
Chilean wines from Colchagua, Maipo, and Casablanca
Caliterra is more than just a brand name: "la calidad de la tierra" – the quality of the land – is in the word itself. Since 1996, they have been creating wines here that bring the diversity of Chilean appellations into the bottle without smoothing them out. Colchagua provides depth and warmth, Maipo offers structured red wines, and Casablanca brings cool freshness for white wines and rosé.
Behind the project is Eduardo Chadwick-Errazuriz, whose family is one of the defining forces of Chilean viticulture. The standard at Caliterra is clear: wines of consistent quality that make the origin of their grapes recognizable – fresh in style, independent in character, without taking shortcuts through international fashion trends.
The wines are suitable for uncomplicated everyday life as well as for a well-set table: a Carmenère from Colchagua with grilled beef, a Chardonnay from Casablanca with ceviche or pan-seared salmon.
