This organic winery focuses on local grape varieties, sustainable vineyards, and genuine craftsmanship – without compromise. Whether it's the powerful Purgapecados made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon or the complex Gran Luna : here, wines with depth and character are created. And those who love olive oil will make another discovery with the estate's own organic olive oil made from the Picual grape.

Dehesa de Luna –
Holm oaks, vine rows, and organic craftsmanship from Albacete
Dehesa de Luna is located in Campo de Montiel, a vast plateau in Albacete in the south of Castile-La Mancha – far away from the major wine routes. Holm oaks stood here before the first vines were planted, and it is precisely this relationship between the original landscape and viticulture that shapes the estate's philosophy: no intervention that is not necessary, no step that does not serve the terroir.
The organic winery works exclusively with native and classic grape varieties – including Cabernet Sauvignon for the Purgapecados and the cuvées behind the Gran Luna. The vineyards are managed sustainably, and the wines are crafted in the cellar: with patience, without compromises in the aging process. The result is wines with genuine depth – structured, but not heavy, with the dry character of this highland location.
Anyone who wants to get to know the estate fully should not overlook the house's own organic olive oil made from the Picual olive. Cold-pressed, with the typical pungency and freshness of this variety – an honest product from the same landscape from which the wines originate.
